Thank you for all of your help in ensuring that all of our children have had the best start to the year. All of the children have been very settled and happy in their new classes.

Following the sad news of the passing of Queen Elizabeth II

last week, all of the children have been taking time to reflect

on her inspirational reign and the loss that this is for the country

and the Royal Family. As I am sure you are aware, the State

Funeral for the late Queen has been announced for Monday 19th September. School will be closed on this day.

PE – The days
below are when each year group has PE and your child will need their PE kit:

Year 1: Tuesday and Thursday

Year 2: Monday and Thursday

Year 3: Tuesday and Friday

Year 4: Wednesday and Friday

Year 5: Monday (PE) and Wednesday (swimming)

Year 6: Monday and Friday

 

Parking

Please be considerate when parking cars around school. It is dangerous to park on pavements, double park or stop where there are yellow road markings. For the safety of all of the children, please park and drive safely.

 

If you do have any concerns about parking, please report these to Doncaster Council Parking Enforcement Team.

Monday 3rd October – School closed for children (staff INSET day)

Tuesday 18th October – School Photographs

Tuesday 18th October – Parents’ Evening

Thursday 20th October – Parents’ Evening

Friday 21st October – Last day of half term
