A free midday meal is available for all children attending full time education in Foundation 2, Year 1 and Year 2 and comes under the heading of Universal Entitlement. For those who pay for meals, the cost is £2.00 per child per day. Please note that all meals must be paid for in advance at the beginning of the week. Lunch money should be paid on Parent Pay, if you need a letter with a username and password for Parent Pay please ask at the school office. If your child is eligible for free school meals, please let the school office know.
The menu will be on a three week rotation, and will be updated regularly to ensure we provide the best food available to our pupils. Each day there will be hot and cold options available and children will make the choice of what they would like to eat every morning at registration. Please have a glance at the menus below for the choices on offer.
Our school meals are now provided by Chartwells. For further information, please read the LoveSchoolMeals brochure.
Packed lunches should be in a sealed named container. We ask if packed lunches can be of a healthy nature too so please no chocolate, fizzy drinks or sweets. Drinks should be in plastic not glass bottles.
The school has numerous water bottles situated around the school and children have access to drinking water throughout the day. Children will need to have their own water bottle which should be taken home on a regular basis to be washed.
