There is a wide range of clubs available for children. Letters will be sent home with the children at the beginning of each half term with details of clubs running. Parents are required to fill in consent slips and pay for the club of their child’s choice on the My Child at School App. If any support is required with using the App please see our school office staff.
Here are the clubs currently running at Hexthorpe Primary Academy;
School Breakfast Club runs every school day from 8am with the latest entry at 8:20am. This club is free of charge, no booking is required and the children will be provided with a choice of cereal or a bagel.
Sports clubs runs over each half term straight after school until 4:30pm. Parents are required to fill in the consent form which will be sent home with their child and pay for the club on the My Child At School App to secure their child’s place for that half term. The cost of each club is below.

Hexi-Club runs straight after school until 4:30pm, with a different club focus each day. Parents are required to sign up their child each week to the session they would like to attend. The cost of each session is £2.50.
